During this 30 minute initial consultation, the Client will speak with Mr. Coleman, who will listen to the Client and your concerns, and based upon this discussion and the firm's experience, provide the Client with several options, including some of these options' potential benefits and drawbacks, that the Client could consider moving forward, especially if the Client chose to fully retain Coleman Litigation to further assist them. Best for pre-lawsuit cases with few documents. Not available for cases where a lawsuit has already been filed. This service concludes at the end of the initial consultation with Mr. Coleman.
The Client will have the option of providing Coleman Litigation with up to 60 pages of documents at least 72 hours before their scheduled case evaluation. Mr. Coleman will review up to 60 pages of the Client's documents before speaking with the Client, so long as the Client provides these documents at least 72 hours before their scheduled case evaluation. During this 60 minute case evaluation, the Client will speak with Mr. Coleman, or the Client will have the option of meeting with Mr. Coleman in person if they prefer. During this 60 minute case evaluation, Mr. Coleman will listen to the Client and their concerns, and based upon this discussion, his review of the Client's provided documents, and the firm's experience, Coleman Litigation will provide the Client with several options, including some of these options' potential benefits and drawbacks, that the Client could consider moving forward, especially if they decide to fully retain Coleman Litigation to further assist them. Best for pre-lawsuit cases with more than a few documents, or where a lawsuit has already been filed. This service concludes at the end of the consultation with Mr. Coleman.
For disputes where a lawsuit has not been filed yet, and the Client does not want to file a lawsuit yet, the Client can retain Coleman Litigation to guide them every step of the way through the pre-litigation process, including but not limited to, sending a demand letter, responding to a demand letter, negotiating with the opposing party or opposing counsel, and drafting and negotiating a settlement agreement. Not available for cases where a lawsuit has already been filed.
For disputes where a lawsuit has already been filed, or where the Client wants to file a lawsuit, the Client can retain Coleman Litigation to guide them every step of the way through their lawsuit as their counsel of record.
