Mr. Coleman charges $400.00/hour, billed in six minute increments.
An advanced fee is more commonly known as a "retainer", and it is the money the client pays up front as a deposit to cover the initial fees and costs associated with a case. The client pays the advanced fee upfront, Coleman Litigation bills against the advanced fee each billing cycle, and then the client replenishes or "catches up" the advanced fee by paying the amount billed so the advanced fee is back to normal. This ensures Coleman Litigation can always work on your case without waiting for you to make a payment. The amount of the advanced fee depends upon a variety of factors including the amount at issue, how complicated the issues are, where the case is located, how long the case has been going on for, etc.
Currently, with the use of the most cutting-edge legal technology on the market today, Coleman Litigation is fully virtual, servicing all of Southwest Florida. Without a brick and mortar office, Coleman Litigation's services are cost-effective, and those cost savings are passed on to the clients.
